Patients 15 years or younger will continue to be bulk billed between 8:00am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday. This is to ensure that you medicare will automatically pay you the rebate to your account.
Pre appointment information
If you have cold, flu, cough, fever, runny nose, diarrhoea or muscle aches you will need to complete a COVID-19 PCR (preferred) or RAT test on the day, prior to attending the practice. If you have symptoms but a negative recent COVID-19 PCR or RAT test (on the same day), you can attend the practice, but we ask you to wear a mask to minimise the spread of illness. If you are awaiting your results or COVID-19 positive, please do not come in face-to-face and either reschedule your appointment or book for a telephone appointment. This includes children under the age of 12 months with cold/flu symptoms, fever and cough.
Masks are required at the practice, please bring your own mask. Masks are available for purchase at the pharmacy next door.
Telephone appointments are only available with a medicare rebate for those who have had a face-to face appointment in the last 12 months.
