At all other times a $20 gap fee is payable for all appointments. Procedures including Iron infusions have their own additional charges, please speak to your doctor or receptionist staff for further info.
Please note – Medicare does not allow the gap only payment therefore, full payment is required on the day and our staff can assist you in reclaiming your rebate. If you have not yet registered your bank details please contact Medicare or update your bank details online via your My Gov Account. This is to ensure that you medicare will automatically pay you the rebate to your account.
Pre appointment information
We ask that you wear a mask to the clinic if you are not well. Masks are available for purchase at the pharmacy next door.
Telephone appointments are only available with a medicare rebate for those who have had a face-to face appointment in the last 12 months.

At Blair Athol Medical Clinic, we are committed to providing high-quality, comprehensive healthcare to our community. Our purpose-built GP clinic opened in 2014 and is designed to support patients of all ages in a welcoming and professional environment.
We offer a wide range of medical services, including immunisations, chronic disease management, health assessments, general check-ups, Mirena insertions, minor procedures, ingrown toenail excisions, and antenatal shared care.
In addition to our general practice services, we also provide access to a variety of onsite allied health services, including psychology, pharmacy, and pathology, to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care.

Our skilled doctors can perform a wide range of procedures including skin cancer excisions, suturing, Implanon insertion and removals, Mirena Insertions, Iron Infusions and Ingrown toe nail excisions. Procedure fees apply.
Paediatric Care
We have Doctors with special interest and extensive experieince in Child Health. Childhood Immunisations and health checks available.
Chronic Disease Management
Blair Athol Medical Clinic is committed to providing personalised, lifelong care. We will work with you to develop your chronic disease management plan.
Immunisations
Our services include childhood immunisations, catch-up immunisations for those with medicare. We can also provide travel vaccines.
Women’s Health
We provide routine health checks, Contraception councelling, sexual health, Mirena and Implanon insertions. Procedure fees apply.
Pregnancy Care
Our Obstetric Shared Care GPs are able to care or you through your pregnancy and postnatal care. We also provide preconception appointments to prepare you for your pregnancy.
Work Medicals
You can book via 8349 9292 for our complete medical examinations. Please be aware a fee applies for work medicals.
Motor Vehicle Accidents
Involved in a MVA? We are able to provide medical assessments and assist with your ongoing care.
